TreoScope EnterSafe has been developed to help nightclubs, bars and other entertainment venues prevent entry to individuals with a track record of causing trouble. So you can feel comfortable that a TreoScope EnterSafe venue is a safer venue.
Your Privacy is Assured
At TreoScope Technologies, our highest priority is safety and security. We include the safety and security of individuals’ private information under this priority.
First, when your identification is swiped through a TreoScope EnterSafe installation, only data essential to verifying your age and identity is extracted: Your name, your date of birth, your driver’s license number and the expiry date of your ID. Your date of birth is used only to calculate your age. Neither it, nor your license number is ever displayed on the system. They can only be seen by law enforcement organizations with a valid warrant for the information. And we can’t access your driving record, your medical information, or anything else that should remain private.
All data is encrypted with state-of-the-art security. Should the system be stolen, access to your personal information simply can’t happen. And staff access to your information at the establishment where TreoScope EnterSafe is used is strictly regulated, audited and controlled.
Put it this way: When you use a credit card to make a purchase, you actually provide merchants with more information about yourself than you do when you provide your ID to a TreoScope EnterSafe venue!
Enjoy the Recognition You Deserve!
While TreoScope EnterSafe is designed as a security tool, and is effective at preventing entry by troublesome individuals, many of our clients use the system’s Patron Management features to reward their loyal customers.
Within the system, individual customers can be categorized—from a status like ‘banned’ to one like ‘VIP.’ If you’re a loyal customer (or a big spender!), you may be noted as such in a venue’s TreoScope EnterSafe system. Whether you know an individual member of the door team or not, you’ll still be treated as a VIP if you are one.
Identity Security
TreoScope EnterSafe can also be used as a simple safeguard against identity theft. The software can report on an individual’s visit history, including recent entry photos, a count of total and recent visits (i.e. within 30 days), and to view any notes or reports that venue staff may have recorded against an individual’s account. In combination, these tools can alert client staff to inappropriate use of an individual’s identification, and ensure that it isn’t being used by anyone other than you.
