Information You Can Act On
Within TreoScope EnterSafe’s Alert tools, clients can share insights into the troublesome activities of individual customers with the entire community of clients by producing a Community Alert. TreoScope EnterSafe delivers clients’ Community Alerts to all TreoScope EnterSafe establishments.
Shared Insights for a Safer Community
TreoScope EnterSafe Community Alerts are client-produced memos designed to inform other clients about individual customers who allegedly engage in inappropriate behaviour or activities.
Our clients draft these Community Alerts, summarizing an incident that has taken place within their premises. Community Alerts are then delivered by their TreoScope EnterSafe system to TreoScope, from where they are broadcast to all TreoScope EnterSafe clients.
Drafting a Community Alert is easy: Security personnel simply go to the Community Alerts section of the TreoScope EnterSafe software. After finding the live photo of the individual involved, they simply write out the details of the individuals’ role in the incident.
Community Alerts include a detailed synopsis of the incident, along with the name of the troublesome individual and their photograph—taken on the day of the incident. The date and author of the Community Alert are also included, along with contact information for the client venue.
Once a Community Alert has been broadcast to the TreoScope EnterSafe client community, it will only appear on-screen whenever the individual attempts to gain entry to an establishment, thereby empowering door security to act at their discretion to bar entry, or to observe the individual closely for signs of trouble.
Access & Oversight
Only authorized owners and managers of TreoScope EnterSafe clients can issue Community Alerts. Access to these features within the TreoScope EnterSafe software is password- and account-restricted, and the names of both the author and the establishment are included, all of which ensures that Community Alerts are accurate, reliable, and appropriate, based on an individual customer’s activities.
In addition, TreoScope EnterSafe only allows an alert to appear on-screen whenever the individual attempts to gain entry to an establishment. This feature ensures that no individual client can search or review Community Alerts on individuals who have not attempted to gain entry to their establishment.
Depending on the severity of the event that triggered a Community Alert, it may be visible on the system for as little as one week, or up to one year. TreoScope EnterSafe establishments are liable to ensure that data is accurate and reliable.
